BRIDGEWATER SCOUTS
The Bridgewater Scouts SVR Company was formed in Lincoln County, KY in September of 2006. The formation was held with the founding of the MAJ James H. Bridgewater Camp 7, SUVCW. The original Bridgewater Scouts was a Kentucky State Guard unit mustered as a Company of Secret Service Men at Stanford, in Lincoln County, on the 10th day of November, 1863. It was commanded by CPT James H. Bridgewater and included 20 other men.

The Company has kept busy since then with numerous activities which help fulfill the mission of our Camp, Department and Order. Our membership has grown from 8 to 23 members.
